This briefing is to inform CPs about changes to the price of SMPF products from 1 July 2021.

We are announcing price changes to our Shared Metallic Path Facility (SMPF) products in the Local Loop Unbundling portfolio. These price changes will come into effect from 1 July 2021.

Openreach announced the withdrawal of SMPF products in December 2018 (briefing GEN073/18).  New SMPF services will stop being sold nationally from April 2025, and earlier at specific locations in line with published notifications.
