This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform all CPs who consume the Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) product about changes to the Duct and Pole Access Map Tool.

We've published a briefing for CPs advising them of further enhancement to the Duct and Pole Access Map tool to improve the PIA ordering process. Changes that will allow CPs to record attachments and their build completion plans, and access pole hazard information will be available to Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) established CPs from today, Monday 21 January 2019. This development supports evolution of the product reference offer.
