This briefing is to inform all CPs about an enhancement to the Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) product.

We've published a briefing for customers advising of enhancements to the Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) product to improve their experience where using the product. This change will enable customers to submit multiple Whereabouts notifications in one bulk file, negating the need to enter these on an individual basis through the PIA Map Tool. This will be available to Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) established CPs from today, Friday 21 February 2020.
