This briefing is to inform CPs about additional guidance on the audit process for the Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) product.

We've published a briefing for customers advising of additional guidance on the audit process for the Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) product. This guidance material has been added to the Openreach Portal and provides more detail on the audit process and the use of CANDID, as detailed at the February Industry Working Group.

We expect to follow this up with a knowledge call for Industry in the near future.
