This briefing is for all Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform PIA established CPs about a Proof Of Concept (PoC) being conducted on the Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) product.

We’ve published a briefing for PIA established CPs advising them of a PoC being run on our Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) product. This PoC is to test the use of the Video Technology platform, SightCall, within our Network Adjustment (NA) order journey. The PoC will commence on the 17 May 2021.
