This briefing is to inform all CPs who consume the Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) product about the launch of our new product Reference Offer and further changes to the Duct and Pole Access Map Tool.

We've published a briefing for CPs advising them of the launch of our new PIA Product Reference Offer and further enhancement to the Duct and Pole Access Map tool to improve the PIA ordering process. The new product that now also allows CPs to place requests for Network Adjustments and record their location in our network electronically will be available to Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) established CPs from today, Monday 1 April 2019.
