This briefing is for all PIA Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing provides notice of a change to Engineering Principle CP08 and CP13 and Openreach's position of assessing when Overlay should be adopted in preference to duct repair for the Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) product. The details of these changes were presented at the PIA Industry Working Group.
