This briefing is to inform all CPs about changes to the Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) product.

We've published a briefing for customers advising them of changes to the Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) product to improve their experience where using the product. These changes will remove the minimum 126 metres of spine duct required for access to Network Adjustment funds, and will automatically extend the periods for build completion to 12 months with the ability to extend this (subject to certain criteria) up to a maximum of 18 months. These will be available to Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) established CPs from today, Monday 23 September 2019.
