This briefing is for all PIA Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform all PIA established CPs about a fix we have applied to address an issue when uploading evidence via the Map Tool on the Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) product.

We’ve published a briefing for customers advising them that we have deployed a systems fix to address an issue we presented on the industry collaboration call on the 25 May 2021. A fix to resolve this issue was deployed on 5 June 2021 and impacts requests to upload evidence against a Network Adjustment order from Monday 7 June 2021.
