This briefing is to inform all CPs about a new offering to the Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) product.

We've published a briefing for customers advising them of a new offering to the Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) product to improve their experience where using the product. This new offering allows CPs to create a project on the Map Tool that covers multiple Notice of Intent (NoI) orders. CPs will be able to pool the Network Adjustment fund across a number of NoIs and across a geographically larger area. Additionally CPs will be able to track the fund use and manage their NoIs as a project. This will be available to Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) established CPs from today, Monday 14 October 2019, albeit with one small workaround for project areas encompassing more than one exchange area, which is expected to be in place until Wednesday 16 October.
