This briefing is for all PIA Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform all CPs about changes to the Physical Infrastructure Access product.

We've published a briefing for customers advising them of a change to the Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) product to improve their experience where using the product. This change will enable CPs to submit and view their customer connections (lead-ins) via the PIA Map Tool. This will be available to PIA established CPs from today, Wednesday 6 May 2020.
