This briefing is to advise PIA-established CPs of a reduction to the price of PIA Network Adjustment Verification – Complex.

This briefing is to advise PIA CPs that we are making a reduction to the price of PIA Network

Adjustment Verification – Complex. The price will reduce from £616.68 to £478.51. The price change

will take effect from 01/09/2021.

As a reminder, Network Adjustment Verification – Complex is only chargeable where Openreach have

attended site to verify a Network Adjustment, in response to a Network Adjustment order and

consider that the Network Adjustment is unnecessary and/or that it does not satisfy the Network

Adjustment Criteria.
