This briefing is for all PIA Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform all CPs about changes to the Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) product.

We've published a briefing for customers advising them of a number of changes to the Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) product to improve their experience where using the product. These changes will provide CPs with additional pole information on the Map Tool, provide a monthly automated SDEDs pole database refresh, improve document upload when submitting a missing inventory case, and provide additional KCI messages.

These changes will be available to PIA established CPs from today, Monday 18 May 2020.
