This briefing is to inform all PIA established CPs about new functionality we are making available on the Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) product.

We’ve published a briefing for customers advising them that we have provided new functionality via the PIA Map Tool on the Openreach portal and via the PIA Application Programming Interface (API).

This functionality is available to Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) established CPs from today, Monday 9 August 2021.
