This briefing is to inform CPs about changes to PIA new build, enabling works, ancillary items and network adjustments. These include a product launch, price change and product withdrawal.

We are announcing the launch of a new product for Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) new build, enabling works, ancillary items and network adjustments, 'Openreach Partner Mobilisation' which will apply from 17 August 2020. We are also announcing a price change to 'Provide pole top ring head' and withdrawal of the expedite delivery 'Mobilisation Payment'. These changes will take effect from 19 October 2020.
