This briefing is to inform all PIA established CPs about a number of enhancements we are making to the Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) product order journey and systems functionality.

We’ve published a briefing for customers advising them of a number of enhancements to the Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) product order journey and systems functionality to support them consuming the product. These enhancements include the ability to download inventory data and create a Notice of Intent (NoI) order via an Application Programming Interface (API), improvements to system performance via the portal, recording attachments geospatially, and managing Network Adjustment disputes including supporting Keeping Customer Informed (KCI) messages.

These enhancements are available to Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) established CPs from today, Monday 20 July 2020.
