This briefing is for NGA Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform all CPs that Openreach is launching a new fault reporting process for GEA Cablelink.

From Monday 11 February 2019, CPs will be able to submit GEA Cablelink fault reports to Openreach at any time (24/7/365). All CPs are encouraged to read the briefing and refer to the updated Customer Service Plan for details of the new process.
