This briefing is to inform CPs about the update of the SVR Prove IP Voice which will include a reduced product scope and a six-month special offer price. 

The update to the product scope will include the removal of the incoming call capability test. Only the outgoing call capability will be tested. This change will be in place from the 1 March 2023. There will be a special offer price of £5 which will last six months from 1 March 2023 to 31 August 2023. The special offer period is to allow Openreach to test the product and allow an appropriate long-term price point to be set.
