NGA012/21 Expansion of scope for CP personnel working at and beyond the NTE

This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform all CPs that the scope of work that their personnel can do in the home is being increased to include SOGEA lines. From 20 December 2021 CPs can request training for their trainers to support this extra scope.
