The purpose of this briefing is to communicate a temporary price to deliver SOGEA New Line Provide with installation at Premises [Standard and Premium] during the Covid-19 period.

We're announcing the introduction of a discounted connection price for SOGEA New Line Provide with installation at Premises [Standard and Premium]. The price is applicable for orders placed from 11 June 2020 for those orders which Openreach will attempt to provision by not entering the end customer's premises. Please note that Openreach has requested from Ofcom a waiver to the standard 28 day notification period, and if that waiver is granted, we will bring forward the start date of the offer. We will update customers on this as necessary.

The discounted rate will be available until Openreach agrees it is safe to start entering end customer premises for the duration required to deliver managed installs.

For those orders affected a discounted rate of £83.76p will apply.
