This briefing is for NGA Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to notify to CPs of a new special offer on the DLM modification price.

We're pleased to announce a new special offer for CPs who wish to modify their DLM policies of customer lines.

We hope this offer will support CPs willing to update their DLM policies on assets that may benefit from a more stable profile depending on the prevailing line conditions and the end customer requirements.

The standard terms and conditions under the GEA contract, as published on the Openreach website, will apply to the special offer if not varied by the following conditions:

• The DLM Policy modify charge will be waived (i.e. £0.00 charged) for CPs who carry out DLM Policy modifies during the offer period
• This offer includes DLM policy modify orders received between 12/08/2019 and 27/09/2019 inclusive
• The offer applies to all orders for GEA-FTTC DLM policy modifications that are placed during the special offer period
• The additional Bulk Modification charge will still apply to any line modified via the bulk modification tool

Please note this offer applies only to the modification of DLM policy. Any other modification is subject to the charge published in the Openreach Price List.
