This briefing is to tell CPs how they can take part in a proof of concept phase for a self-service order-tracking tool for Fibre to the premises (GEA-FTTP) orders.

We've published a briefing for CPs relating to a new self-service interface that we think will be helpful for GEA-FTTP CPs to see our latest information about GEA-FTTP orders. It's a tool we've developed for our internal service management agents and we think CPs will find it useful too. This trial phase will help us prove its benefit and understand what tweaks are needed for our customer audience.
