This briefing is to inform CPs about some changes to the values that will begin to appear in the Serving Network Note field on our managed line checker tool (eMLC) from week commencing 1 July 2019.

We've published a briefing for CPs relating to a configuration change that we’re making in our systems to better report on the work our build teams have undertaken on some parts of our underground network during our GEA-FTTP build phase.
