This briefing is to inform CPs about changes to the price and contract term of GEA-FTTP Products, including Fibre Voice Access (FVA) and FTTP on Demand (FOD). Price changes will come into effect from 1 July 2021 and contract term changes will come into effect from 29 April 2021.   

We are announcing price changes and contract term changes to our FTTP products, covering GEA-FTTP, Fibre Voice Access and FTTP On Demand. Price changes will come into effect from 1 July 2021.  Contract term changes for GEA-FTTP products’ connection will come into effect from 29 April 2021.

These changes are to reflect the new regulation announced in the Wholesale Fixed Telecoms Market Review (WFMTR) published 18 March 2021.
