The purpose of this briefing is to communicate the introduction of a two-tiered cancellation charge for GEA-FTTP.

We're announcing the introduction of a two-tiered cancellation charge for GEA-FTTP. Effective from 1 July 2020, orders cancelled after the Point of No Return (18:00 on Customer Committed Date minus 1 working day (CCD-1)) will incur a late cancellation charge equivalent to the full connection charge for the product.
