This briefing is for NGA Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform all Communications Providers about launch pricing for the Site Visit Reasons for two distinct additional activities in Ultrafast NGA Products.

1. Fit CP supplied UPS for GEA-FTTP and FoD (capability for SOGEA will take place in a later release)
   
2. Prove IPVoice

Launch pricing for the two Site Visit Reasons (SVR) that are available for ordering as part of the Lead to Cash journey for FTTP and FoD are set at £13.50 per SVR.

1. Fit CP supplied Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) - this is for vulnerable customers who are deemed at risk if unable to access your VoiP service in the event of mains power outages.
2. Prove IPVoice - this is for supporting activities that notify a CP that their Ultrafast data service is now commissioned and that VoiP should now be enabled on a new service.

Use of Site Visit Reasons

CPs that want to make use of this additional functionality will need to furnish details of the date, volume and technical documentation for their UPS to their Openreach Account Manager in advance of adopting the changes.

Note that an SVR is required to be ordered as additional activity to an attended Lead to Cash order, and is an additional cost over and above that of the provide order, that an engineer will already be booked to deliver.
