This briefing is to inform all Customers that the FFIB (Full Fibre Infrastructure Build) standard terms and conditions have now been refreshed.

Refresh of the Full Fibre Infrastructure Build Standard Terms and Conditions

This briefing is to notify all customers that, as a result of feedback and learning in the context of recent bidding processes, the standard terms and conditions for the FFIB product (which we use to support all of our customers) have now been refreshed. The terms have been updated to take account of a number of dependencies that customers would need Openreach to fulfil as part of FFIB, as the underlying supporting product for their overall solution to their customers.
