This briefing is for all Communications Providers (CPs).

This briefing is to inform all WLR CPs that our upgraded WLR Siebel platform is now live.

Our existing WLR Siebel platform is End of Service Life (EoSL) and we have deployed a new WLR Seibel platform to EMP.

The new platform returns a different OR Reference for Orders and Faults. CPs have tested the change on our Customer Verification Facility (CVF) successfully and Openreach are now to migrate CPs to the new platform on EMP.
