This briefing is to inform CPs about changes to the price of WLR products effective from 1 April 2022.

We are announcing price changes to our Wholesale Line Rental (WLR) products. These price changes will come into effect from 1 April 2022.

Openreach announced the withdrawal of WLR products in December 2018 (briefing GEN073/18).  New WLR services will stop being sold nationally from September 2023 and will be withdrawn from service nationally from December 2025, and earlier at specific locations in line with published notifications.
