Post Stop sell implementations CPs who for particular reasons are unable to consume all IP based product can request an exception through a dedicated Formwize. The Formwize will ask the CP to answer questions about the exchange, scenario being faced, type of installation and the equipment being used.
All exceptions will be assessed on an individual basis.
WLR3 (single line and multiline) or MPF
Exception requests will be submitted by a CP through a dedicated Formwize. This is the only route for CPs to submit requests.

All completed Formwize will be presented with a unique reference.
There is no change to the way in which a CP places an order. Order placement will continue to be via the appropriate channel.
